Chief Executive Officer
Cynthia Wiedemann is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fundraising Solutions.
Cynthia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Government. She began her career with nine years of consulting at Carol Reed Associates, specializing in public relations, marketing strategies, and political consulting. From 1994-1996, she served on the President’s Task Force on Child and Family Welfare, issuing a report to President Clinton in December 1996. From 1998 - 2003, Cynthia served as the second in command at McIntosh Company, Inc., a firm specializing in political fundraising for candidates running for partisan and non-partisan offices on the local, statewide and national level.
In her community, Cynthia has served as Chairperson and Statewide member of the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. She has served as Board Member of The Family Place, Texas Council on Family Violence, and the Austin Center for Battered Women. She currently serves as Board Member and Treasurer of Twelve Step Ministry program.
Julia J. Anthony
Chief Operating Officer
Julia Anthony joined Fundraising Solutions in 2017 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Julia’s professional experience includes Deloitte Tax LLP in the Business Tax Services group. Julia is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Julia is an alumna of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, where she received both a Masters of Science in Taxation and Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Julia was in the University Honors Program and was an annual recipient of the Southern Methodist University Rotunda Scholarship and Senator Robert L. Byrd Scholarship. She is involved in her community and has a passion for the arts. She currently sits on the Steering Committee of the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates. Julia also serves as a Financial Analyst for the Junior League of Dallas in the Research and Development group.
Kaleta B. Johnson
A native Houstonian, Kaleta joined Fundraising Solutions in the fall of 2015 and brings several years of political finance experience to the team.
Kaleta graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a degree in International Politics and moved from Washington to Austin to work for then-Governor Rick Perry and later Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst before coming to Dallas to focus on campaign finance consulting.
Kaleta's experience includes political major donor fundraising for Presidential candidates, Governors, U.S. Senators and Congressmen, Texas State Senators and Representatives as well as a number of Political Action Committees.
Kaleta is active in the Dallas political community as a Friend of Park Cities Republican Women, a Young Leader with the SMU Tower Center for Political Studies and an active member of the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, among other pursuits.
Mary Claire Holmes
Mary Claire hails from Midland, Texas and joined the Fundraising S0lutions team in 2017. Mary Claire attended Baylor University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship. During her time in Waco, she was on the Baylor Equestrian Women's team for three years during college.
